Return and Exchange Policy


1.⁠ ⁠Refunds: Products can be refunded within 14 days of delivery with the original receipt. Please note that discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please retain your proof of postage. If your item is lost in transit, we will need this proof to process your refund.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement. Note that shipping costs and handling fees, such as duties, are non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Exchanges: Products can be exchanged within 28 days of delivery, including discounted items. Any remaining balance after an exchange will be issued as store credit via a digital gift card.

5.⁠ ⁠Condition of Items: Items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documents (instructions, guarantees, certificates of authenticity), along with the delivery slip (if applicable).

6.⁠ ⁠Non-Saleable Condition: Items that are incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. For footwear, we recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent sole damage.

7.⁠ ⁠Inspection and Refusals: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection. If an item is found to be in a non-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to the customer.
