Elizabeth Gown

Description
“Confidence” is the essence we wish to convey through Elizabeth: a celebration of the confident woman, someone who loves herself fully, knowing that confidence naturally draws others in.
The design of Elizabeth embodies the elegance of European royal fashion from the 16th to the 19th century, adorned, opulent, and inherently regal. In short, to be a queen.
The bodice draws inspiration from the structure of a traditional corset, with a neckline that extends gracefully to the shoulders. It incorporates elements of the fitted Partlet, delicately embellished with scattered pearls. The bodice elongates to the waist, highlighting the refined beauty of a jabot-inspired detail.
The upper sleeves feature fitted, petal-shaped bell forms, with individual petals connected by pearls to create a softly fluted silhouette, echoing the ornate detailing of the era.
The skirt takes inspiration from the Farthingale, crafted using antique gold-threaded lace cut on the bias and layered with dense pleating to achieve a full, rounded shape.
Finally, a crown-like trailing veil completes the look, enhancing its regal and queenly presence.
